【原创】文章通过PCR-RFLP的方法，用一对cry基因的通用引物，发掘到了一个新型的cry8基因cry8Ga1，该基因能编码131.2kDa的蛋白质，经研究发现，该蛋白质对鳃金龟科害虫的幼虫，如鳃金龟和蛴螬有很高的毒害作用，这也是目前为止发现的第一个对鳃金龟科害虫阁下金龟有毒性的cry蛋白，很值得我们大家关注！ |
