肺干细胞的研究现状
基底细胞、Clara 细胞和肺泡上皮细胞(alveolar epithelial cell ,AEC) II中可能存在具有干细胞特征的细胞类型.
以上研究资料表明有3 种类型的呼吸道上皮细胞可能具有干细胞的特征:存在于黏膜下腺导管附近的基底样细胞、神经上皮小体内的 vCE和位于终末支气管和肺泡管交接处的AECII。但由于肺组织解剖学结构和功能的复杂性 ,缺乏干细胞特异性的表面标志 ,使对肺干细胞的研究进展缓慢。由于干细胞的可塑性 ,其他组织的干细胞标志也可能在肺干细胞中有表达例如:nestin是一种细胞中间丝结构蛋白 ,开始被认为是神经干细胞的特有标记 ,但现在已发现 nestin 在胰腺上皮干细胞中有表达 ,这有可能成为研究肺干细胞的一种新方法。新近研究所发现的肺干细胞所处的这些特殊部位即壁龛 ,使人们已开始研究肺干细胞的内在特征 ,也将有助于发现肺干细胞的特异性标志。 |
